The M-TAC Medical Horizontal Pouch Roll Elite Olive is a compact tactical medical pouch designed for quick access to essential first aid supplies. Its horizontal roll design allows it to take up minimal space on gear and prevents interference with other equipment, while remaining comfortable when sitting in a vehicle.

The pouch is made from Cordura 500D and Cordura Squadron, durable materials resistant to abrasion and heavy use. It is designed to be installed in the rear pocket of a plate carrier and can also be integrated with other gear using the MOLLE mounting system and removable Velcro panel.

The pouch consists of an outer cover and removable IFAK insert. The insert can be quickly removed by pulling the strap, allowing fast access to medical supplies. Inside there is an elastic organizer system for securing first aid equipment (medical supplies not included).
